For those of you who like a sure thing, the good news is that it is possible to beat nearly all FreeCell Solitaire games. Place all 52 cards in the four foundations in order to beat the game. Stack cards on the tableau in alternating colors and descending order. The goal is to transfer all cards from the tableau to the foundations (the four slots on the right).
FreeCell is a solitaire game that was made popular by Microsoft in the 1990s. One of its oldest ancestors is Eight Off. In the June 1968 edition of Scientific American Martin Gardner described in his ’Mathematical Games’ column, a game by C. Baker that is similar to FreeCell, except that cards on the tableau are built by suit instead of by alternate colors. One Freecell is one of the most difficult freecell games on this site. You only have on free cell to move cards in and out of during the game play. Usually you will have four in Classic Freecell. Play the game though, like you always do, by trying to place all the cards into the upper foundations by suit from Ace through King.Freecell Game Rules
